TUITION AND PAYMENT

Tuition must be paid by automatic credit card payment. Tuition will be charged to your credit card on the same day of each month. 

NUMBER OF LESSONS PER BILLING CYCLE

Monthly tuition is based on a 4-week month. Some months have five weeks, and for this reason we often close for one week at the end of each quarter. You should still get 8 lessons for every two months. If we close and you get fewer than 8 lessons in two months, your bill will be credited or refunded for the missing session(s).

MISSED LESSONS

Missed lessons are not refunded or discounted and we are not able to schedule makeup lessons. We can only provide refunds in the event of a withdrawal (see below). Upon request, we will provide a video overview of lesson materials to practice at home when you miss a lesson.

TEACHER CANCELLATIONS

If we have to close and you get fewer than 8 lessons in two months, you will be credited or refunded for the missed lesson(s).

WITHDRAWAL

If you want to withdraw from music lessons, please provide 48-hour notice before your next session. You will receive a full refund for any unused lessons that are not scheduled for within the next 48 hours.
